"I have worked in the mortgage business for the past 32 years and I pride myself in getting the work done in a timely manner, but yet complete. I have worked with Calyx Point, Reversevision and I have touched on Encompass. I get the file from the loan officer in complete order and then I immediately take the file and order everything out, submit a complete file to UW, then get the condition sheet back, request items from borrower/ or loan officer, then submit back to UW all at ONE time.. get a clear to close, then schedule the closing, do fee sheets, then closed loan and then get funding number."
