"Don't work here. Please don't. If you have to, do it only to make money while you're looking for something else because they will fire you or make you hate your job so much that you'll quit anyway."

"high turnover, high politics, high stress, benefits are worse than average, morale is very low."

"Please hire someone else to do your job. The reason why turnover is so high is you."
