Onsite Management Group Employee

"Company lacked opportunity for growth, very limited support from upper management. Corporate offices were out of state which made training very difficult. I was hired to do a certain role with specific duties and terms were changed without notice. Although I worked 2 years with this company, I basically learned and taught myself how to do the job itself."
