"The best thing about working here is the atmosphere. The environment fosters learning, continuous improvement, collaboration with others, suggesting changes, and fun."

"Relax and do your best. Take the tests seriously as you won't progress through the process if you fail to try on any of them. Be honest with interviewers. They are VERY good at catching lies and realizing you are telling them what you think they want to hear. In reality, they want your honesty and loyalty displayed."
What don't you like about working at Miles Technologies?
"Workloads can get cumbersome at times, though management is always open to help if you need it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More open forums for discussion. There is a always an open door policy, but something more formal may help accomplish more."

"Everyone is very personable, but be honest, being honest will get you far here."

"It's tough to be innovative when you have to get permission from several different levels before being allowed to pursue it. The office environment is not conducive to creativity and can make it difficult to stay focused."

"Lighten up a little bit and allow your staff to make mistakes."

"I feel like the fact that they hold me back in a lot of my ideas makes it difficult to move forward and be successful in my position."

"I'd change up the offices, provide a more creative feel in the building. I'd also give some of the creatives more of an opportunity to be creative and innovative. They hold your hands in everything they do."

"flexible hours, empathetic to family emergencies, and exciting industry. Fun beer parties, foosball table, and everyone's birthday is always celebrated in a special way."

"Be skeptical of false promises, and ask good questions upfront to set the right expectations."
What don't you like about working at Apogee Results?
"CEO is well-connected within Austin and will try and sabotage any opportunity his former or current employees pursue outside of Apogee, delinquent paychecks, endless excuses on delayed bonuses and raises, sexist management, always putting out fires due to lack of resources, personnel, and training"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When you say that you want Apogee to be a stepping-stone in someone's career, really mean it. Also, anything that starts in chaos ends in chaos. Quick telling your employees to hold on for x number of months till they see light at the end of the tunnel. This has been going on for years."

"They were very buttoned up and did their research; company worked with outside firms."

"Too corporate of a structure; CEO imposed very strict policies; dress code and then some."

"Loosen up; too many chiefs working on the approvals which delayed execution of strategies."
