"People & products. I'm a gamer at heart, so it was good to be at a company that excelled in that field."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"Too much middle management and some of it wasn't necessary. Too many layers in order to advance which made it difficult and demoralizing in trying to do so."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep it simple. Don't over think, don't over analyze. Go with what the source data supports and let those who know how to do, do."
