"This company is a wreck from the top down. The agents working the phones with me are excellent and great company during the day, even though we work remotely. The executive officers and founders are terrible. Women are not welcome in this company, at least not women who are willing to take a stand and push back against unfair policies, which there are too many to count. As long as you're willing to sit down and shut up and do your job, regardless of how much extra work they shove at you that was not included in your job description last week but now suddenly is, you'll do great here. If you're looking for a great company culture where you will feel appreciated, this sure isn't the job for you."

OneSupport Employee

"OneSupport offers many growth opportunities and some great people to work with. However, the pay is on the low end of the curve for customer service jobs and while raises are fairly easy to get, the metrics you're graded on for your phone calls are unfair as they have much more to do w/ the company and less to do w/ how you perform your actual job. I can't sell someone on terrible services, no matter how great I am at my job and how much they love me. Most of my surveys are 10s but I still get dinged hard because the customers state that they're unlikely to recommend the company. Fix your product and your pricing and then hold me responsible for whether or not a customer is likely to recommend the service. Don't hold me responsible for your poor product even though the customer was very happy w/ the service I provided them during the call."
