"The company has changed over the last 3 years. From a business perspective, the company is doing great. From a culture perspective, it's awful. They are will to pay competitive salaries, but at a steep expense. This company will have plenty of opportunity to correct it's culture trajectory. The powers only have to take culture as seriously as the founder did."
