"I would suggest having the the company put together a job description for their role. As a worker who likes to exceed expectations, I look forward to performance reviews. It became hard to measure without a clear objective in place."

"As a new company, you often have to learn through trial and error. There is no one to guide you down the right path."

"I would suggest allowing more time to further test and develop products. In the industry of new technology, it's easy to jump the gun. To be a true pioneer or expert in your field, the client remembers the company that got it right."
