QA Team Lead

"I worked for One to One from Sept. 2009 to Feb. 2012 during which time I found the company's leadership to be morally lacking. I worked remotely from the main corporate office and as a result my team and I were treated more like contractors than fellow employees. I would not recommend working for or with this company."

What do you like about working at One to One Interactive?

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. Also, since I lived so far from the office they allowed me to work from home 3 days a week which was very nice."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This may sound harsh but I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending anyone to apply here."

What don't you like about working at One to One Interactive?

"The company was very opaque in their dealings. The employees and even middle and some upper management were completely unaware of the 'life pulse' of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find a good balance between transparency and need to know so that employees and managers feel like an active part of the company and a valued member of a team. Treat remote employees with the same level of respect and appreciation those that work in the corporate office receive."
