"This company cares about its employees. I recently attended a Town Hall (where the CEO addresses the entire staff). Normally he talks about initiatives, company growth, etc. At this Town Hall, he talked about the economy, the recession that is surely coming, and steps One Step management has taken to prepare the company for hard times. I was impressed that management wanted to reassure its employees about the future and the stability of the company."

"I have worked here for 4 years. I really enjoy working for One Step. It has a unique culture that I think is set from the top down. The owners, Scott and Alicia are good people. And the COO, the third senior executive, Brett, is also a really good person. They know the industry so they don't make wild decisions and change directions overnight. They genuinely want their employees to be happy, so spend a lot of time listening to our input and coming up with new activities for the offices. Everyone always wishes they were paid more, but One Step seems to pay the right amount for a company of its size. I like that people work and there's very little internal politics and very little fear that you might get fired. I like working here."
