"Owners are both con artists. Numerous employees were defrauded out of wages and commission money. This guy has a very bad track record bilking customers as well. yelled and screamed at his wife, customers, and employees daily. He repeatedly threatened his workers with bodily harm. Baxter tries to act like a tough guy, but he is a little punk. Currently, ONE SOURCE REMODELING has an "F" rating with the BBB. Be sure to also check out The Arizona Register of Contractors website (roc.az.gov). Simon, one of Ray's illegal and unlicensed subcontractors, is allegedly owed $4,000. Other past employees are owed money too. Do a detailed background check on this guy before using his company for remodeling services. He is very adept at getting incriminating information about him and his company deleted on line. He was featured on 3 On Your Side in the past. He posts FAKE reviews about his company on Google, Sotellus and other sites. Be skeptical of reviews on Porch and Homeadvisor. Ray paid $100 cash or a restaurant card for 5 star reviews. Everything about this moron screams fraud. His company has various names: One Source Remodeling, One Source Remodeling LC, Cool My Garage and America's Best Home Products. BEWARE."
