"Know your software development patterns. They are big on patterns during the interviews. They give a programming test but its pretty easy. Know your OOP theory and the most popular patterns and you'll do fine!"
What don't you like about working at One Network Enterprises?
"It's pretty cliquish. If you're not from India, I wouldn't expect your career to go very far with this company. The org chart is pretty flat and all the best opportunities go to cronies. That said, it was a decent job and since I wasn't all that interested in climbing the ladder, this didn't bother me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, really. It is a fairly well run company. I'd go back."
