One Hour AC and Heating Employee

"A decent place to work, unfortunately work/life balance is non existent. You work on average 50-55 hours a week and upwards of 70 hours a week during the summer months. You are on call during an entire weekend at least once a month and it can sometimes get super frustrating. Pay is ok, just ok. My boss always says we have a chance of making six figures but it seems nearly impossible to do so unless you literally have no social life and work all the time. I get what the owner is trying to do but he pushes way to much and too hard on all the employees and most, especially the installers get burnt out and end of leaving not even a year into their job."
