What do you like about working at Omnitrans?
"Opportunity to see a different type of industry that I had never been exposed to. Great health care benefits. They offered me a position after being laid off for seven months I will always be grateful."

"Take your time on the written examination the be prpared to sell your self as a well qualified applicant."
What don't you like about working at Omnitrans?
"Their future as well as other public transit organiztions in not very sure at this time. Orange County has cut back close to fifty percent. As one of the newset supervisors my future is very shakey."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Initially they had embraced the Servant Leadership Management Program and developed a cutural diversity team, unfortunately with the budget being cut some of the first programs to suffer was the leadership and cultural diversity programming."
