What do you like about working at Omnifics?

"I enjoyed the actual work I did and the client interaction I was able to have. Omnifics has an excellent Sales team and great customer service and Sales Support."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"At this time, with the structure of the company, I would not recommend working here."

What don't you like about working at Omnifics?

"I really didn't like the overall atmosphere. Employee moral was always real low. People are constantly talking about how much they hate their jobs. There are HUGE issues with upper and mid management. There are no checks and balances as far as right and wrong. The environment gets hostile at many times. I have seen way too many people crying in the office. All that aside, there really is no room to grow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upper management needs to re-evaluate what it means to be successful. Your employees are an important part to the company and need to be treated that way. Mid management needs to be re-worked. There are people who are managers that are not qualified, some not at all, to be managers. I see effort (sometimes) by upper management to improve the workplace but, it is never carried out by mid management and then in return never enforced by upper management. I really hope that management can take these suggestions and other suggestions they have received form employees and make Omnifics a better place to work."
