What don't you like about working at Omnicom Group?
"This was the worst company I've worked for and I've been at some very different companies. From Disney to a mom and pop shop I can compare this company to a variety of positions and it ranks VERY low in upper management competency and leadership. It's all about busy work and re-creating the wheel. They had little to no tools and did not develop their people (any of them)!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It starts at the top, so seriously look over your management. Create a healthy work-place for your people. I worked 60+ hours in an office that was once a loading dock and caught several colds during the winters. Give bonuses to those to reach goals and STOP pulling promotions from those who deserve it. I saw several of my co-workers get yanked along for years."
