"Omnicare is a large company, (over 10,000 employees) and grew to this size through the acquisition of hundreds of smaller companies. I worked for Omnicare for 13 years while this expansion was underway, and during this time the common theme was chaos. While chaos breeds opportunity if you are flexible and can adapt, it grows tiresome after a while. Now that the company growth has ended and it is under new management, it is disappointing that much of the chaos still remains."
