"Fast paced environment, sharpened my attention to details, helped me become a harder worker."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not underestimate this position. The work involved is extremely fast paced and the management with switch you around from manager to manager as often as they feel. My manager called it musical chairs, and although you learn everyone within the company, you have to basically start at square 1 every time you are moved. It can be difficult to handle the stress of rapid change like that."

What don't you like about working at Omni Financial Group?

"This position is known as a revolving door. They hire a large number of employees and then fire as quickly as possible. There are new trainees every week and Thursday is firing day. A quick search about the company will reveal a number of other former employees who feel the same way as I."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest they pay more attention to their employees and realize that changing employees as often as they do can actually hurt their number 1 priority--the profits."
