"I worked for OMG National for a year and a half before leaving. I enjoyed my time there because of my coworkers, but upper-management made it difficult to want to stay. However, after a year at another company, I was asked to come back in a senior role working with the same group of people that I enjoyed working with previously. My second term of employment there was better than the first because management started to understand that having the right people in place meant that micromanaging was unnecessary. Unfortunately, they reverted back to their old ways when COVID-19 became an issue, so they panic-fired a lot of people, including myself."
