Omega Engineering Employee

"I've worked at many companies, and I've never seen such a dead environment. While most employees once had a lot of potential, the years spent there have made them obsolete. The company needs some life breathed into it. While the new owners seem to try to be weeding out the dead weight, they aren't bringing in new talent. The management is very poor, and does nothing to stimulate productivity, job satisfaction, or improve skills."
