"I was hesitant to provide my feedback, however the amount of fear, stress and low morale wore so heavily on myself and others on the team. It played a significant role in the demise of health for some and I don’t want anyone else to be subjected to the bullying and hostile work environment. The Director of HCP Group as well as the manager, are extremely critical, target people and do not want those on the team to succeed. They do not take time to truly lead, teach, help individuals grow, acknowledge hard work, provide any positive feedback or support, and will retaliate if anyone voices any concerns or has a difference of opinion. It is their way or the highway and they have no business managing anyone. The Director has created extremely toxic and unhealthy working conditions for all and it is unfortunate the company allows this to continue."
