"I worked as a contracted temporary designer for OluKai. The benefits and the overall nature of the people and office space are awesome. I really enjoyed working with other talented creatives and marketing experts within such a young and rising brand. It was difficult to obtain direction or final critical assets on larger projects, which hurt the timeline and original briefs. The constant travel needed by senior leadership is important for evolving the brand, however it led to many timeline blocks and often a backup of cued projects."
