What do you like about working at Oltmans Construction?

"It was like a family and they really took care of their employees. Made you want to come to work. That being said you have to take into focus the economic climate today and construction is the place that is hurting the most right now. It was the last trade to be hit by the recession and will be the last trade to recover."

What don't you like about working at Oltmans Construction?

"Probavly the drive from Huntington Beach to Whittier each day. The traffice on the 605 sucks at best"
