"I've worked for this company over a period of time. Although the area is pleasant and merchandise is reasonably low price. So are the pay checks for most of the associates. Many of my co workers have a very strict lifestyle to make ends meet month to month. It is also hard for the company to keep a low turnover rate due to raises and pay increase inefficiency."
