Friday Drinks, Lunch Club, Summer Trips, and Company Holiday Parties (all free) are also a nice touch. Long hours, but that's the nature of recruitment

In addition, I prepared the quarterly investment schedules. It was a good experience, however, ideally, I prefer a permanent role in my home city.
