"While the work itself is easy, the constant short deadlines due to manager's turning everything in late has gotten frustrating."

"I would start by restructuring the pay system. The current system sets a hard maximum for job titles instead of through years/experience/reviews. This causes workers to not want to stay within a position for an extended period of time. Little retention of employees as they are constantly moving to a better paying position."
