"Not at the moment. They are still cutting back, and most likely in a hiring freeze. Otherwise I'd say: if you qualify for the position, be confident and show you are passionate about what you do."

What don't you like about working at Oldcastle ?

"I did not like seeing many good employees being let go. Out of 7 marketing employees, my boss and I were the last two left after a yer and a half of cut backs. Then they decided they would eliminate our whole department. The construction industry has suffered a lot these past few years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. Everyone at Oldcastle was very competent. Very professional. They cared about their work and the employees."
