"Look at company realistically - they are now just a branch in a large corporation instead of the 125 year Carbondale locally owned First National Bank and Trust (as when I started with this company)"
What don't you like about working at Old National Bank?
"Company expected 60-80 hours per week including Saturday and Sunday. Was not family oriented at all - planned required family oriented activites on weekends that were employee only and manditory to attend (for example SIU tailgates several times during football season)"

"Value your employees - turnover rate for tellers was horrible at this bank."
