"Be prepared to go above and beyond your job description and expect no slary or career advance for your efforts."

What don't you like about working at Old Dominion University?

"No career opportunities. Initially it was a great place to work, but over time have come torealize that there is little opportunity to advance. Also as a state employee management at ODU likes to threaten people with the possibility of unemployment and keeps telling us we should be happy with the job we have."

What do you like about working at Old Dominion University?

"I like the fact that we are up keeping in the advanced technology and providing various methods for students to gain their education."

What don't you like about working at Old Dominion University?

"I am the only full time person within my section so that means any traveling that needs to be done, all relies on me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only suggestions I would have is to start paying for overtime again."
