"Have plenty of time to sit down and think carefully of your answers before you start. This is an important decision."

What don't you like about working at Oklahoma Heart Hospital?

"We are spread out over several buildings, most of them being over 20 minutes away. We never get to see our boss's boss or any of the administration that work in the other areas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they look at more than a person's performance while in their current position than their experience as a whole in the field. People are worth more than their history."
