"The freedom to support my accounts as I seen fit. I enjoyed traveling to my accounts around the country to resolve issues that dealers could not resolve. My success rate was 100%."

What don't you like about working at Oki Electric Industry?

"My senior manager M. Boudreau chose to have me laid off and keep two incompetent employees in my place. I succeeded in-spite of him not because of him. He kept my replacements because on the off chance that they had any success he would be able to take credit for it. I was the best they had at my job and could have gone on to several promotions and I'm upset I was let go for doing my job. Although I am still unemployed I would not for even one minute change the way I did my job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe the Director of Customer Service needs to take a a hard look at the Senior Manager of Customer Service, he has put his needs for self promotion ahead of his peers and the company."
