Califco Utilities was incorporated as a California Corporation in 2002. OJI Califco Consortium, Inc. was incorporated in 2016.As a Principal Transportation Engineering and Planning Consultant I provide consulting services to public agencies and development community for traffic engineering, transportation planning, transit planning and project management for transportation capital improvement and infrastructure development projects. In the above capacity, I provide leadership and direction for the company in all transportation projects from initial concept to project completion, including responsibility for project development. In the above capacity, my role in project development starts with review of strategic transportation programs, transportation capital improvement programs for regional, sub-regional, and municipal agencies to developing marketing plans from responding to requests for qualifications (RFQ) to preparation of Technical and cost Proposals in response to Requests for proposals to representing the company at project interviews, contract negotiations and project start up to completion."
