"It may be part of a large corporation but it is managed as a mom and pop store on a shoe string budget despite large sales growth"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would hope that you have better options. Individuals are not valued here. Do not expect to stay long. Yes others have been there a long time but they are the issue and will be the one to drive anyone of value away."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the president and eliminate the tyranny. There should be a plant manager and others all who help control the operation. It should not all go through the office of president."
