"I have worked at OHL for just under 2 years. The main thing that is different about OHL is that there is a propensity to see change as negative even if the current means or methodology do not scale well. Working in IT, scalability is something that has to be addressed on several levels (technology, personnel, strategy, services) to successfully keep pace with business and customer demands. The philosophy for OHL IT is much more focused on maintaining the current ways as much as possible."
