The open design of the offices is quite nice if sometimes noisy, but the 11th Ave location is a long haul to get to and freezing cold in the Winter. Ogilvy NY has had a series of very bad years with lots of layoffs, very few pay raises and no bonuses. Management lies and misleads employees. When the times got tough the talented bailed."

The company hires hopeless idiots to be in charge and lead million dollar brands. The work they win with is scam, the awards they get are bought. I wouldn't ever recommend this place as an employment opportunity unless your plan is get in, get the money, and get out."

One thing to keep in mind, it is part of a massive corporation, and is run as such. If you are interested in expressing yourself creatively, this is not really the place. However, it is a great place to learn marketing and advertising."
