"Demonstrate you area able to work independently with minimal supervision and that you are able to work within a team. You also need to demonstrate that you are able to generate ideas and sell those ideas to clients successfully."

"Due to the size of the agency at time it took time to change the process flow to ease the turnaround time of campaigns."

"To reconsider the process flow and redesign it so that it allows much more flexibility around accommodating clients timings on urgent campaign launches."
