"There is too much upper management, and they are focused on unimportant things and tend to ignore employee suggestions, and remain entrenched with things that aren't working because that's the way we do things here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would listen to other people's ideas and not insist that it's my way or no way. I'd spend more time focusing on the big picture and employee morale than little details that don't matter much in the long run."
