What do you like about working at Galt Foundation?

"I like the easy rapport with Amy. Amy is the Receptionist/Benefits Admin/Payroll clerk she is also the best source of information, she is the Go-To-For-An-Answer person. I appreciate the optimistic, non-judgemental and yet realistic communication."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't sweat it. It's OK to tell the truth about everything at GALT. They only want you to do your best, and they will happily give you every opportunity to make your best even better. They are also very willing to work with you and scheduling if you want to go back to school or take a class or 2."

What don't you like about working at Galt Foundation?

"I wish Amy was the person who called people regarding work assignment opportunities, she knows the people best and can make a more accurate match of employee to assignment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a better health plan. I have been told that it is illegal for a group plan to maintain a preexisting condition clause in the state of Oregon. Give Amy the job of matching job assignment to employee."
