"The role I was given initially was not rewarding enough, so I took the initiative and moved into a different role. I started out as a laptop support expert and asset manager. I still maintained the asset management role, but I moved to an office support role that allowed for more opportunities. I was able to travel more, work with people outside of my company, and in the end I could feel proud of the finished product."
