"I was on my own. I was included to the corporate meetings every Wednesday. It was a great experience working with awesome people. I was meeting new people every day."

"I do not beleive it has relevance to positions applied for as each enviroment is different."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more considerate and simpathetic to their employees and knowing it's not all about meeting the needs of the offcie (monetary wise) but about meeting the needs the Mentally Challenged individuals who participate in BBI"
What do you like about working at Ramic Medical Imaging?
"I am no longer working at Ramic Medical Imaging. What I did like about working there was the fast pace and daily challenge of meeting the needs of patients."
What don't you like about working at Ramic Medical Imaging?
"There was no ability to advance. Bonuses were done away with and no new incentives were offered."
What do you like about working at America Family Insurance?
"The customers and how well I got to know them and how greatful they are when you are there for them when they and their family have suffered a devistating loss. I also enjoyed teaching my boss how to do things on the computer that he never cared to know and learn. It was nice to teach someone who taught me everything I know about insurance and brought me under his wing at such a young age."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself and you have to enjoy customer service and insurance and you will do great."
What don't you like about working at America Family Insurance?
"Relying on someone else in another state to complete a change, new policy, or billing correction. I would have to answer to the upset customers and I was helpless, just waiting for another employee in corporate to process an emailed request for a mistake that the company made, not the customer. That is hard for me when I am completely helpless in resolving an issue for a customer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To allow for more changes to be made locally at the agency with corporate doing more of a checks and balances type of support rather than the acting primary authority."
What do you like about working at Family Physicians Group?
"Working in a fast pace family practice. Loved to work with employees, patients and physicians. Managing a practice for so long."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Please call me .... I would love to have the opportunity of been interviewed. The resume is the face of the interviewer but can't demonstrate all the skills and experience."
What do you like about working at Stat Surgical?
"I loved my job at Stat Surgical. I got the opportunity of working in the sales/service part of the company and really enjoyed that part as well. I could see that I could grow in the company, but wasn't given that opportunity."
What don't you like about working at Stat Surgical?
"No breaks. I wasn't allowed any lunch breaks at all and did not receive any vacation time until my last month with the company."
What do you like about working at Archer Exteriors?
"Well when I did work there I liked my co-workers, they were all very nice and welling to help out when needed. It was like a family oriented environment and that is what i'm looking for in a company."
What don't you like about working at Archer Exteriors?
"Well what I didn't like is how after I was one of the ones that was hired with the branch manager to open the office in Nashville, they in turned laid me off after I hired an assistant that was making less then I was so they could cut down in their payroll spending."

"Not having enough work for my staff"

"This company has been very loyal to me, when I moved away I left the firm but when I was laid off my last job they welcomed me back with open arms."

"I have been given a flexible schedule in order for me to be able to complete my last year at Rowan University and obtain my BA in Justice Studies."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The boss means well. A person has to get to know him and realize that he is a great person."
What don't you like about working at Shapiro & Berezin, P.C?
"The travel distance from my home is too much. I would like to minimize it by at least half an hour. Travel time one way is from and hour and a half to two hours"

"Never take the attitudes of clients personal. Patience will take you a lot further and no headaches."

"I was given the ability to work on my own and make my own decisions when the immediate supervisor was not available."

"Be passionate about about the work you do and take your clients issues seriously. Dont leave for tomorrow what can be done today."

"The attorney I was assigned to did not take her job seriously and never met her quotas."
