"If you don't know the answer to a problem, someone will. You're at an educational facility, take advantage of the oportunity to learn new things."

What don't you like about working at Arkansas Northeastern College?

"I only work for career experience, I do not get paid monetarily."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I feel like the staff at ANC do a fine job of running the facility. I'm not sure that I would do anything differently. Maybe I would try to organize a little better so files and information didn't get misplaced although presently it's a rare occurance."
