"Some of the peoples stories are disheartening. For one, an individual graduated from hs and still couldn't read or write. He seeked help and wanted to know where to go. He had been promoted on his social skills rather than educational skills."

"Manage time accordingly. Prioritize. Every case and every person is different, so be open minded and respectful. Do not be bias."
