What do you like about working at Mediclaim?

"I enjoy the freedom to work independently using the system tools available in the office. I enjoy working with a staff that is very hardworking and sees the big picture. I like the schedule flexibility to be able to manage my family needs as well. I enjoy working with dlients on their individual needs. I like working with patients who are passes on to me when others are flustered with them. I like using my problem solving skills. I like being part of the overall process."

What don't you like about working at Mediclaim?

"There has been very little support and guidance given by the owner to management. He believes that demeaning employees in group settings is the motivating force to get employees to work. The philosophy of the company has changed over the years. There needs to be meetings with management to review the progress of work flow....goals..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Meet more often with the owner to stay on track with him. He stays in his head too much and thinks that others are in mental alignment with him. Keep up with regular meetings. Don't let him be too busy."
