"I was working for company 6 months as Mechanical Engineer. This company has more negatives than positives. Biggest problem, company technical decision belongs to people who do not have any engineering degree. Engineering department holds as "hostage" for needs of people who have no idea how machinery is working. Company Project Manager does not have even high school diploma, but because of her husband "Engineering Manager" he hired her for that job. Engineers treated in this company like dogs on chain. No bonuses at all."
