"Territories are always shrinking and quota are becoming harder to exceed. Sales are challenging and wins are always great and you do get recognized for that fact, however it is short lived and there is no loyalty to reps who have done well. In fact if they get rid of the rep, they continue to profit and not have to pay anyone for the on going long term contract."
