What don't you like about working at Odyssey Reinsurance?

"With no future space exploration vision from NASA, it makes it difficult to 'want' to work for that agency, and our company management does not allow any decisions and very few (if any) discussions to occur without their direct involvement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They hire very motivated and educated individuals. Allow them to utilize their talents without the constant fear of wondering if they are, or are not, allowed to have a conversation or even make a minor decision."
