"Do not work for Odessa College. Pay is not nearly enough due to Oil Boom in area and horrible workplace environment. Bullying and intimidation is the norm. Mandatory volunteering and participation is expected. HR is a mouthpiece for Administration. So don't bother. There is new construction but there are fewer and fewer employees left to do more and more. School motto is More (for less pay)."
