Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Relax and don't be afraid to express your individuality at the interview! This company is more like a family than a job, and it is important that you fit into the group in terms of morals and lifestyle rather than having exactly the right qualifications. It's a good company to be with. :)"
What don't you like about working at Octane360?
"Our office was split between two different sites (Irvine & El Segundo). We communicated effectively via Skype, but it would have been nice to be able to see our boss every day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire more Dev team members or add an extra project manager. The faster the site develops, the more efficiently all team members can work."
