"Leadership and management are ineffective, inefficient and inept. People don't mind being led as long as they are led well--administration fails to lead staff professionally and effectively (this appears to be true from local to corporate). Health insurance is unaffordable. There are no paid holidays with minimal PTO and very poor work/life balance. You are extremely lucky if you receive any formal training."
