"Be polite and tell them exactly what you want form employment from them. They are open to new ideas eventhough there is a fair amount of formality in acquiring it. They want to know what ails you and have an open door policy."

"If you were to be stationed with someone you could not communicate with in a professional way it produced friction."

"There are evaluations that are in place that more closely match personalities that are compatible. They do help."
